World Heart Day Sunday 1 Oct 06 at 3.30pmThe Irish Heart Foundation is marking World Heart Day on Sunday, October 1st and asking you to get involved by organising a walk in the community or workplace.
last year approx. 280 walks were organized around the country with almost 7,000 people taking part. This year the message for World Heart Day in Ireland is 'how young is your heart?' and we are once again encourging people to get our walking with family and friends.
